Total venue hire (including main restaurant) up to 100 guests
The hotel’s motor launch is also available for you and your guests, from our private mooring, which is adjacent to the car park, which can take up to 12 guests on a one-hour trip.
We also offer Picnic and Hamper’s on the river for you and your guests to enjoy.

A Champagne and canapes arrival package would include a selection of appetizers and Champagne upon arrival, adding a touch of elegance to your event or celebration. It’s a delightful way to welcome your guests.

Our Terms and Conditions
A drinks package and three or four course meal must be chosen at least 1 calendar month prior to your event
When not choosing from a drinks package, a hire charge for your chosen dining room will apply
A full pre-order is required a minimum of 2 weeks before your event date
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per head will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation
Full payment is due 10 days prior to your event date, we cannot accept cheques or BACS payments on the event date, but these can be accepted 5 working days prior
A 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill for the benefit of the serving & all other staff. All of the service charge here at Le Bouchon is distributed fairly between all staff
